Donald Trump Declines To Share His New Year’s Resolution For A Strange Reason

Donald Trump has declined to share what his new year’s resolutions for 2020 are.
During their New Year’s Eve party at the president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, the press asked the first couple what their goals for the upcoming year were.
Melania Trump revealed that her resolution was for world peace. “Peace in the world,” she told the press with a nod and a grin.
However, the president chimed in that she shouldn’t have declared her resolution “out loud” or it might be “jinxed.”
“Peace is right, but I’m not sure you’re supposed to say a resolution out loud,” Trump told reporters. “I don’t want to say what my resolution is because I think we jinx it, all right.”
He then gave a vague response to members of the press, telling them he had a “good resolution” that was a “resolution for the country.”
The first lady later wished her followers a “happy, prosperous and peaceful” new year on Twitter.
