The new ranking was presented by creative talent platform Working Not Working, which represents and connects creatives with “2,000 of the world’s most innovative companies.” The website says its data is gathered when it asks members about their “dream companies to work for or collaborate with” when they first register or update their profiles.
Working Not Working explains that by discovering the most coveted employers, creative professionals can better review their current positions in their careers, find out who the best clients could be, as well as make well-informed decisions moving forward. In addition, companies will better understand if their own visions align with those of the creative community.
Honorable mentions including unexpected employers Bon Appétit, NASA, Nintendo, Target, and Nintendo.
