Kobe Bryant Fan’s Selfie Could Be Final Photo Taken Of Basketball Legend

The last-known photo of Kobe Bryant could be a selfie taken by a fan on Saturday.
The NBA legend was at the Mamba Sports Academy a day before his death. 13-year-old Brady Smigiel, who participated in the Mamba Cup for Team Edge that weekend, managed to catch him for a selfie after the second game.
What emerged was a blurry picture that would be one of the last captured moments of Bryant alive.
“Kobe said, ‘We’ll get a better pic tomorrow,’” the boy’s mother, Dionne Reich Smigiel, told CNN.
Sadly, it was not meant to be. Bryant was killed in a helicopter crash along with seven others, including his daughter Gianna, the next day.
The boy’s family are shaken by the news. “We are struggling… My boys don’t know how to process this,” the mother added.
