Moscow Police Seize Vehicle Bearing Striking Resemblance To Batman’s ‘Batmobile’

Pull over, Batman.
Traffic police in Moscow have seized a replica Batmobile alike the one in Batman v Superman. According to authorities, the vehicle did not adhere to road safety regulations and was “not manufactured within factory conditions.”
On top of that, the “Batmobile” wasn’t registered with authorities and its dimensions “exceeded acceptable norms,” deeming it unfit to be driven on public roads.
RT reported that that police spotted the car parked on a street in central Moscow without its license plate.
Officers had to call a special towing service to remove the vehicle. Authorities also wrapped the vehicle in plastic to avoid scratching it.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of the Interior of Moscow, the owner of the car built the automobile in a private workshop, and did not obtain a “certificate of approval” for the vehicle type. This also meant that the car did not have clearance to operate on roads.
As a result of the violations, the owner has received three citations for lacking proper documentation, the car’s excessive size and its irregular features.
Moscow police impounded a replica Batmobile equipped with armor, night-vision and lasers. It also had a model gun that made shooting sounds.
