Netflix Debuts Top Show & Movie Rankings, Updated Frequently, For Quality Binges

Netflix will now be providing Top-10 lists that subscribers can use to narrow down fan-favorite shows and movies on the platform.
The streaming service announced the addition on Monday in a blog post. The feature, now live, reveals the top 10 programs in terms of popularity in the user’s country, with the television and movie sections having their own separate lists.
Users will still see recommended titles on the homepage, but there will also be an added indication whether a show falls under the Top 10 ranking in the form of a red badge on its poster.
Netflix explains that it will update the lists regularly and offer recommended titles relevant to viewers’ preferences, so they will be able to “find something to watch more quickly and easily.”
