Viewers Left Baffled After Chancellor’s File ‘Magically’ Changes Color On TV

Viewers were left baffled after seeing Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak’s Budget folder turn from red to green on television.
A video, captured by Sky News, shows Sunak walking along a pavement with a red folder in his right hand. As he passed by a parked car, the file “magically” turned green.
The strange moment has startled many viewers, and according to Metro, the edit must have come after a news presenter announced that the citizens have been “promised a Green Budget” to invest money for a better environment.
@TomBoadle tweeted, “A nice nod to the Chancellor’s possible ‘Green Budget’ but how the hell did the folder turn from red to green?”
“Some kind of Ministry of Magic shenanigans going on,” said another Twitter user, referencing Harry Potter.
The chancellor has yet to comment about the confusing color-changing budget, but in the meantime, watch the video below.
