Sesame Street muppets have been enlisted to remind kids to wash their hands frequently to protect themselves from the coronavirus. Elmo, Rooster and Cookie Monster are doing their part, and you should too.

The four animated public service commercials aim to help families and children stay safe during the health crisis. They see the beloved characters getting told to wash their hands during different occasions, like before they eat or after they use the bathroom.

One of Elmo’s iconic songs, Brushy Brush, has also been tweaked to introduce a new Washy Wash ditty that teaches children about up-keeping hygienic practices.
