Grimes Breaks Down Seemingly Illegible Name Of X Æ A-12, Her Baby With Elon Musk

Good luck to whoever will be teaching the son of Elon Musk and Grimes in the future. After announcing the birth of their baby, Musk claimed that the real name of his seventh child, and his first with the singer, is X Æ A-12 Musk.
After taking a rest post-labor, Grimes took to Twitter to decipher the complex name.
“X,” she said, refers to “the unknown variable,” bringing mystery to the already elusive name.
The “Æ” ligature is actually Grimes’ “elven spelling” of Ai, which both stands for artificial intelligence and love in Japanese and Mandarin.
A-12, as fans have successfully decoded, is the predecessor of the SR-71 and the couple’s “favorite aircraft.” Grimes explained that the A-12 is “great in battle, but non-violent.” In addition, A stands for Archangel, Grimes’ favorite song.
The singer finally unveiled that baby X Æ A-12 is a metal rat, referring to the Chinese zodiac animal for 2020.
The couple isn’t letting slip of how the name should be pronounced just yet, and until then, the internet will just call their baby anything it wants.
