Daniel Radcliffe Reads ‘Harry Potter’ Chapter Aloud, Brings Magic To Life

Daniel Radcliffe treated Harry Potter fans by starring in a new reading initiative, called Harry Potter At Home, to entertain children, teachers and carers, who are staying at home to curb the coronavirus spread.
The new series will feature famous celebrities, including Eddie Redmayne and Stephen Fry. But it’s only right for Radcliffe, who played as Harry Potter in the film adaptation, to kick off the initiative by reading the first chapter of the first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Radcliffe read the chapter on how baby Potter was left on his aunt and uncle’s doorstep in the first video of the initiative. The videos for the series will be available on author J.K Rowling’s online hub. There will also be audio versions on Spotify soon.
