Facebook Now Lets Users Create Bitmoji-Like Avatars Of Themselves

Facebook is launching a new feature for users to create their personalized avatars in the US.
USA Today reported that the avatars will look similar to Snapchat’s Bitmoji and Apple’s Memoji stickers, and will allow users to add the avatar stickers in comments, on Messenger, and in Stories.
These fun and playful avatars are customizable, and can also be used for users’ gaming profiles. According to the head of Facebook App Fidji Simo, account owners will also be able to add the stickers to text posts with backgrounds in the future.
Prior to the US, Facebook avatars had been introduced in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Ireland last year, and were rolled out to Europe and Canada this year.
