Nintendo’s ‘Animal Crossing’ Musicians Awe-Inspiringly Perform The Game’s Theme

Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons by has been a worldwide hit since coincidentally debuting during the coronavirus pandemic, and serves as the perfect pastime for people stuck at home as they can connect with others and travel between virtual islands.
As a show of support during the downtime, the musicians for New Horizons set up a virtual concert to perform its lovable theme song.
The video game has served many as a distraction, or a relaxing way to spend their time safely at home. The virtual concert surprised fans as the musicians had played the video game’s theme song with their respective instruments. The clip has been edited accordingly to showcase the individual musicians playing their parts in the theme song.
Animal Crossing has sold over 13.41 million copies worldwide, per Venture Beat, and even sees famous villagers like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Luxury brands Marc Jacobs and Valentino have also joined the new video game fad by offering the brands’ iconic clothing pieces for the virtual characters in-game, and interior designers are being paid generously to help gamers design their virtual spaces.
