Chinese Influencer Caught Heavily Beautifying Pics Now Teaches How To Edit Them

A Chinese influencer was accused of catfishing her fans by heavily editing her photos, but ended up turning the drama around by offering tutorials instead.
Social media influencer @coeyyy, who uses the platform RED, was caught looking vastly different from her images after being unknowingly photographed during an outing with a friend. After she had shared her edited photos online, an anonymous leaker unveiled more pictures from the exact moment to expose the stark contrasts.
The comparisons were shared by Facebook user Ex Treme, who showed the extent of her edits, changing almost everything about her physical appearance.
The post was shared over 18,000 times and amassed numerous comments by social media users, who were baffled upon looking at the shots. Others were impressed by her skills, with one user commenting, “I saw the photos and gotta hand it to you.”
The influencer admitted that the editing scandal left her in a “bad mood,” but decided to educate social media users with tips and tricks on how to edit their appearance in just a few clicks.
Her videos on RED now include tutorials like how to tune faces. One of the examples includes a selfie of her in a white top and black jacket, where she showed followers how to make one’s nose smaller and sharper, as well as have a slimmer jaw and rounder eyes.
