Trump’s Twitter Account Likes Just One Tweet And Nobody Knows Why

Donald Trump’s recent move on Twitter has left many scratching heads.
Social media users found that the president only liked one tweet on the platform, which was surprisingly about Issa Rae’s HBO series, Insecure. The post by @shiningheaux read, “This is how I wanted tonight’s episode of Insecure to end… Damn Molly,” referencing Yvonne Orji and Rae’s characters.
The president liking just that tweet prompted @shiningheaux to change their display name, “Shea Butter Kneecaps,” to “ Black Lives Matter.”
When Rae was alerted that Trump might be a fan of the show, she tweeted, “What the f**k is this?” Other Twitter users, including Kumail Nanjiani, thought it was amusing. He replied, “Well I found one thing I have in common with him: we’re both big fans of @IssaRae.”
Jenna Amatulli wrote, “Trump having a tweet about Insecure in his likes was not on my bingo card this week.”
Trump’s like remains up on Twitter, causing fans to wonder if it was an accidental like or if he actually is a fan of the show.
