Queen & Prince Philip’s Photo Gets Accused Of Clumsy Editing By Royal Fans

An official portrait of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip has raised a few eyebrows.
Prince Philip is celebrating his 99th birthday in Windsor Castle, and to mark the milestone, the royal family’s social media channels released a photo of the couple taken at the castle’s quadrangle.
“This new photograph of The Duke of Edinburgh and The Queen was taken last week in the quadrangle at Windsor Castle to mark His Royal Highness’s 99th birthday tomorrow,” the Royal family captioned the snap.
However, eagle-eyed fans noticed something rather strange about the photo that led them to believe the couple may not have been snapped on the grounds at all.
Internet users pointed out that the Queen’s hands had a shadowy outline, and took to Twitter to call the supposed Photoshop job out.
“That dark shadow around the hand makes it look like it’s been cut from another photo,” one Twitter user wrote. “The photoshop on this is horrific. Not being funny, it’s the queen, surely they could have gotten someone to do a better job than that,” another added.
