Lizzo Hits Back At Her Body-Shamers With Workout Video On TikTok

Musician Lizzo has been subjected to body-shaming throughout her career. Now, she has released a workout video of herself to shun those who have criticized her figure.
The 32-year-old revealed that she has been exercising consistently for the past five years, but assured that she was not working out to attain “your ideal body type.” Instead, she was going to achieve her own.
“And do you know what type this is?” she asked. “None of your f**king business.”
She then put down body-shamers by stating, “Health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside. Health is also what happens on the inside, and a lot of [you all] need to do a f**king cleanse of your insides.”
The Truth Hurts singer does not care about those hating on her body type. She emphasizes in the video, shown below, that she knows she is beautiful, strong, and does her job well.
