Gucci Enlists Jane Fonda & Lil Nas X For Its First-Ever Sustainable Collection

Gucci has enlisted actress Jane Fonda, musician Lil Nas X, singer King Princess, Japanese artist Miyavi and environmentalist David de Rothschil for its Off the Grid collection’s ad campaign.
The collection is part of the brand’s first-ever Gucci’s Circular Lines initiative, which promotes circular production, as well as the use of recycled and sustainably sourced materials.
According to the brand’s Instagram post, the line was created with “recycled, organic, bio-based and sustainably sourced materials as well as leftovers from Gucci’s manufacturing processes.”
Fonda sports an oversized yellow tote and matching yellow sneakers in one of the campaign’s photos. The actress is known to be a climate activist, who has repurposed many dresses on the red carpet after she promised to stop shopping in a bid to decrease waste.
