In timely fashion, Mattel summons the colorful activism of the late Keith Haring’s art with a dedicated UNO card game deck, created in partnership with the Keith Haring Foundation. The set is the second release in the UNO® Artiste Series after the launch of a Jean-Michel Basquiat version in September 2019.

The premium UNO® Artiste Series No. 2: Keith Haring deck follows the format of the much-loved card game, but is designed with vibrant and instantly-recognizable elements quintessential to the late pop artist and vocal advocate for inclusivity and the LGBTQ+ community.

The Keith Haring Foundation not only protects the late pop artist’s legacy, but also supports nonprofits focused on AIDS awareness, prevention, and care. Haring’s distinct art style, inspired by the graffiti and underground club culture embedded in 80s New York, was often intertwined with social and political themes.

The special edition is created for appreciators of art and design, and will thus stand out on your coffee table or shelf. Like Haring’s work, it has a magnetic pull that warrants attention even when in the background.

The vivid card game deck will be available this month at Macys.com for US$19.99.
