Robin Williams’ Daughter Celebrates His 69th Birthday With A Cheeky Gesture

On 21 July 2020, the late Robin Williams would have turned 69 years old. His daughter Zelda Williams decided to celebrate her father’s birthday with a tongue-in-cheek yet endearing gesture by donating US$69.69 to various homeless shelters.
Zelda took to Twitter and shared that she is donating US$69.69 to as many homeless shelters as she can in honor of her father’s 69th birthday. She also urged fans to join her if they’d like to.
“Today would’ve been dad’s 69th birthday, so to honor him (and that glorious number), I will be donating US$69.69 to as many local homeless shelters as I can,” she wrote on Twitter. “Join me if you like, but regardless, know I am wishing you all at least one hearty, immature belly laugh on Dad today”
Zelda then posted screenshots of her charity work on Twitter, which showed her donations to various homeless shelters including the Los Angeles LGBT Center and the Union Rescue Mission.
