Kendall & Kylie Jenner Reportedly Endorsed Fake Apple Products To Their Fans

Reality stars Kylie and Kendall Jenner are alleged to have promoted knockoff Apple AirPods on Instagram to their fans.
The sisters were among “dozens” of influencers and online personalities to have advertised fake Apple products, including AirPods and Apple Watches, according to the BBC’s Click Investigation report.
The two of them were seen sharing links to online stores, where vendors or “drop shippers” would be able to send products directly from China without holding stock. In recent years, some of thse merchants have engaged online influencers to boost traction for their offerings.
The report suggested that the knockoff products might look close to the intended products and sport similar names, but would not work as well.
Though Apple has stated that cloned products infringe on its intellectual property rights, the company does not plan to form a case against the Jenners, according to the BBC.
