iPhone 11 Pro Captures Action-Packed POV Scenes On Ice Rink With Hockey Tape

To celebrate the return of the National Hockey League (NHL) on the ice rink following disruptions from the coronavirus pandemic, Apple has released a new dramatic ad of the team at practice, shot wholly on the iPhone 11 Pro.

The 30-second video sees Vegas Golden Knights players, Marc-André Fleury and Mark Stone, playing around on the ice rink with the iPhone attached to the boards, a hockey stick and a skate using hockey tape.

The two players take their turns to position the iPhone around the ice rink and on themselves, resulting in dynamic shots for the iconic Shot On iPhone series.

The video was posted on Apple’s YouTube channel in Canada with the description reading, “See the game like never before with Ultra Wide and Slo-mo.” Watch the full advert below.
