Cameron Diaz Opens Up To Gwyneth Paltrow About Why She’s Retired From Acting

Actress Cameron Diaz opened up about her decision to quit acting in Gwyneth Paltrow’s series In goop Health: The Sessions on Wednesday.
Diaz admitted to have stepped away from the entertainment industry five years ago because of the hectic lifestyle that came with being in Hollywood.
“There’s a lot of energy coming at you at all times when you’re really visible as an actor and doing press and putting yourself out there,” Diaz told Paltrow.
The Charlie’s Angels star was also asked about how she felt after leaving her notable movie career, which kicked off in 1994 when she starred in The Mask alongside Jim Carrey.
“A peace in my soul because I finally was taking care of myself,” she answered.
