Epic Moment Of Man Turning Once-Busy Street Into His Personal Runway Goes Viral

As once-bustling streets become barren due to the coronavirus, it’s natural for many to see a miserable picture of COVID-19’s hold on the world.
In spite of this, one man took it upon himself to work it, put his thang down, flip it and reverse it at the famous Temple Bar district in Dublin, Ireland. “Webcam” footage that has since gone viral shows the figure taking the helm of the usually busy nightlife destination and turning it into his own catwalk.
The clip, shared by White Moose Cafe and Charleville Lodge Hotel owner Paul Stenson, lasts for just 26 seconds, but the quick one-man show is enough to set the internet ablaze. It has since amassed over a million views across Facebook and Twitter.
Stenson captioned the video: “Temple Bar was so quiet tonight until the webcam picked up some lunatic doing the catwalk…”
The footage got picked up by local news outlets fascinated by the “mysterious Dublin figure,” but it didn’t take long for Stenson’s followers to notice that the man in question was the hotelier himself.
Whether the scene was staged or not, many would disagree with the use of the “lunatic” term. As Irish actress Nicola Coughlan puts it, the uploader had “misspelled ‘icon.’”
