Ireland Baldwin Marks Being 6 Years Free Of Eating Disorders In Celebratory Post

Ireland Baldwin looked carefree as she celebrated six years of being free from eating disorders.
Baldwin looked stunning in a video she shared on Instagram, where she revealed the exciting news and encouraged her followers that they “can do it” too. “Got a call from my old program yesterday, six years,” she captioned her clip.
Baldwin explained in her video, “I have been free of anorexia and bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through for many years.”
“And today marks six years. So, you can do it,” Baldwin added before blowing a kiss into the camera and giving a thumbs up. Her cousin, Hailey Baldwin, showed her support by commenting, “Yes! Love you.”
Baldwin opened up about her struggles with anorexia back in 2018. She shared old photos of herself on her Instagram story, writing, “Anorexia throwback.”
“I battled with many eating disorders and body issues as a younger girl and it took me a long time to find self- love and acceptance. Trust me, all of that pain and destruction I inflicted on myself wasn’t worth it. Turning down so. Many. Sides. Of. Fries. Wasn’t worth it!” she wrote.
