Miley Cyrus Delivers Heartfelt Tribute To Her Late Grandma Loretta

Miley Cyrus took to Instagram to mourn the loss of her grandmother, who she referred to as “Mammie.”
Cyrus shared photos and videos of her late grandmother, Loretta Finley, who passed away at the age of 85. Cyrus called her an “inspiration” and the “ultimate model of being a true light in a dark world.”
The post included a photo of Finley cuddling baby Cyrus and a video of her on the red carpet. “I will miss you for the rest of my life. I will keep your spirit here by continuing to do good for others and treating them the way we all desire to be treated,” she wrote in the caption.
In her Instagram Stories, Cyrus told fans why she had been absent as of late. She explained that she was “heart broken.”
“My Mammie is gone but never forgotten. She has always been a legend and will continue to live on through love, compassion and kindness.”
