‘Wonder Woman’ Debuts 80th Anniversary Logo With Superhero Emerging Between ‘W’s

Wonder Woman will be celebrating an important milestone in 2021—Diana is turning 80.
To ring in the DC character’s milestone in style as well as the Wonder Woman 1984 film, director Patty Jenkins, Gal Gadot and Lynda Carter revealed a striking new logo, giving the legendary heroine a new symbol to emblazon the celebratory story coming next year.
The logo features red, blue and gold—all of Diana’s classic colors—and was unveiled during a special 80th-anniversary panel to celebrate her legacy and influence. The clever symbol also saw the letters “W” intersecting in the middle, forming a silhouette of Wonder Woman.
The logo is both clean yet contemporary, while paying tribute to the character. The official Wonder Woman account shared the animated version of the wordmark, and it looks nothing short of breathtaking.
Fans gushed after seeing the design, with many expressing their love for the new design on Reddit. “It’s so simple yet wonderful,” one Redditor wrote.
