Those behind Wendy’s Twitter account showed off their amazing
Photoshop skills by editing social media users’ profile pictures.
The account posted out a tweet on 19 August, reading, “Been working on the ol’ photoshop skills. Hit us up, and we’ll spice up your profile [picture].”
Soon, many began raising their hands to get their photos altered by Wendy’s Twitter account. Needless to say, the deliberately amateurish edits were hilarious.
One user shared a photo of himself in the sea, and the account transformed it by adding sharks around him, with his rear functioning as a table for a whole Wendy’s meal. Another user hilariously had
her hair turned into set meals.
Chuck E. Cheese even
joined in, so the Wendy’s account dressed up its mascot into a Wendy’s one.
The little marketing stunt on Twitter seemed to be a promotion for Wendy’s
Spicy 4 for US$4.
The account is no longer editing profile photos at the moment, but you can take a look at some of the masterpieces below.
