Chrissy Teigen Uses Deepfake Tech To Swap Faces With Her Husband John Legend

Chrissy Teigen shared a clip from her husband John Legend’s Wild music video on Twitter—but with a twist.
The video was altered to show both Teigen and Legend’s faces swapped with each other. It was captioned, “Well, I am absolutely consumed by the Reface app.”
The hilarious clip has since received over 37,000 likes, and it appears to be an ad for the app.
The Reface app allows social media users to use deepfake technology with ease. Users can easily swap their faces with those in GIFs and clips from iconic films.
The company also shared a post on the heels of Teigen’s tweet, showing its increasing popularity among social media users. It pointed out that there has been 27 million downloads, 703 million face swaps and three million daily “refacers.”
The post itself features a GIF of Matthew Perry’s character Chandler Bing from Friends being replaced by the face of actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
