TikTok User Isn’t Being Recognized From His Face, But His Extremely Long Thumb

Jacob Pina might appear as a regular 21-year-old, but he has gotten many TikTok users’ attention—and it is because of his extremely long right thumb.
Pina has been posting several videos showing the length of his thumb, whether flaunting his pro thumb-wrestling skills or comparing the digit to a hot dog or phone. The unusual size of his thumb has fascinated many, leaving him to answer many unprecedented questions.
One user even called him the “world’s best hitchhiker,” prompting Pina to test it out in a video. In his clip, he can be seen lifting his thumb up for a ride, only for a car to quickly stop by. He then explains to the driver that he is filming a video, to which the driver says, “I could see your thumb from a mile away.”
Pina’s thumb is usually around two inches, but it can be extended up to 5.5 inches, per BuzzFeed. He had dislocated it by forcing it out of its socket to make it appear longer, and it somehow worked.
Pina stated that his doctor “says it’s abnormal but can’t officially link it to any known medical conditions.”
