‘Skinny House’ With Unique Narrow Design Has Internet Calling It ‘Pie House’

This house has left many TikTok users baffled due to its really unique design.
TikTok user @eli.korn_ shared a clip of the house on the platform, and it has since garnered hundreds of thousands of views, as many users were shocked by its proportions.
The house in question is in Deerfield, Illinois, and it is referred to as the “pie house” as it resembles a slice of the dessert.
Some internet users, on the other hand, have called it the “skinny house” due to its narrow appearance. “That’s not a house, that’s a hallway,” one user commented. “One gust of wind and it’s all over,” another wrote. The house is narrow at one end and it opens up to a wider opposite side. Even though it looks odd, the house appears to look roomy. It has two bedroom and two bathrooms and is listed on the market for US$269,000.
According to its listing on Zillow, it is perfect for “empty nester looking to downsize” or “first-time homeowners.”
