A new fan-made poster for The Batman saw The Dark Knight’s iconic Joker art with The Riddler.

Fans finally got a glimpse on Matt Reeves’s upcoming take on the Caped Crusader, courtesy of a recent trailer where they saw the dark and gritty vision of Gotham City and the amazing transformation of Colin Farrell’s Penguin.

While it is still uncertain if the upcoming movie will measure up to The Dark Knight, fan artist Boss Logic decided to fuse the two into his latest artwork. Drawing inspiration from The Dark Knight’s Joker, the latest poster saw The Riddler painting out “?0?1” in what seemed to be blood. The code should be referencing the year when the movie is set to be released, 2021.

The Joker poster from The Dark Knight featured the late Heath Ledger, painting the famous phrase, “Why so serious?” on a misty screen.
