The coronavirus pandemic may cause stress and anxiety with the uncertainties surrounding various aspects of life. However, author and meditation expert Deepak Chopra doesn’t want you to neglect your wellbeing during this time, and has just launched his very own mindfulness app called Chopra Meditation and Well-Being.
The app offers over 400 meditations and practices at your fingertips to boost overall wellbeing.
The 73-year-old also touted that his app is distinctively different from other meditation-focused ones because of his extensive experience in the field.
“For more than 40 years I have been exploring meditation traditions from around the world, including the forest monasteries in Asia and the Himalayas,” Chopra said, per
Fast Company. “I have had the privilege to learn directly from the brightest scholars and healers, and as a physician, I have tested the integration of these ancient wisdom traditions with the best medical practices.”
The Chopra Meditation and Well-Being app is
now available on iOS with an add-on subscription for US$69.99 per year.
