Not only has Kaia Gerber turned 19 years old, but she is turning heads as well in her latest photo.

In celebration of her big day, Gerber shared a sultry photo of herself wearing nothing but a pair of thigh-high leather boots on Instagram.

The photo happened to be a throwback from her Vogue Japan September cover story, where she dressed up as Bad Sandy from Grease, in lace bodysuit and leather leggings.

Gerber’s mother, Cindy Crawford, also took to Instagram to wish her a happy birthday. Crawford posted a throwback photo of Gerber as a child, donning a pink gown and a tiara, looking like a princess.



“Happy birthday to my not so little princess! Wishing you health and happiness and the confidence to be the highest version of yourself. So proud of the woman you are becoming!” Crawford captioned the photo.
