Canadians ‘Fix’ Stubborn Americans’ MAGA Hats By Repurposing Them For The Mouth

The people of Canada are reputed for being polite to a fault, but the way the US is dealing with the COVID-19 crisis is making it awfully difficult to remain tactful.
Given all this talk about making America great again, friends up north are offering a suggestion to make this vision possible as the pandemic persists. Advertising agency Grip Limited has reworked Donald Trump’s distinct MAGA hats so anti-maskers might finally cave and put on protective covers.
“Here in Canada, we’re a bit concerned about how America is ‘handling’ COVID. Our countries are kinda touching, after all,” the agency told DesignTAXI in an email.
The team thus sought to work on a “not so gentle peer pressure PSA campaign” for “all those stubborn patriots who want to ‘Make America Great Again,’ yet refuse to wear a mask.’”
To the Canadian agency, the solution to propelling the American standard is simple. Mask up so your fellow people stay safe, too.
The revamped versions repurpose the hats’ backs as support to fit securely around the mouth. They also retain most of the MAGA messaging, reading, “Mask America Great Again.”
“We’re transforming their useless MAGA caps into ‘Mask America Great Again’ masks,” Grip explained. “So, they can spread a little healing, instead of hate.”
The friendly but “concerned” neighbors up north have also provided a hilarious guide on how Americans can craft their own MAGA masks, just in case they’d like to do so.
