A mysterious company called Biden Beauty has popped up online to sell a variety of items from makeup sponges to tote bags in a bid to support presidential candidate Joe Biden.

The company’s website states that it is attempting to bridge beauty with politics to promote “diversity, and inclusivity within the beauty communities – and beyond.”

Though the owner of the company remains to be known, an anonymous spokesperson for the brand told Fashionista that the line hopes to “amplify [the beauty] community for the better good.”

Biden Beauty’s social media accounts are filled with phrases like, “beat your face” and “beat Trump” to imply the ties between makeup and politics.

One of the products, a “BIDEN Beat Makeup Sponge” selling for a little over US$20, is a blue blending tool touted for its ability to correct orange tones.



The company states that it will donate 100 percent of its profits to the Democratic National Committee (DNC), as well as Biden’s presidential campaign.
