Studio Ghibli’s Hayao Miyazaki Makes A Surprise Visit At Its Newly-Reopened Café

The famed Studio Ghibli museum has recently opened its doors again, after being shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic earlier this year, and filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki was one of the first few to patronize the space.
Miyazaki has created an array of iconic films for the studio, including Spirited Away and Ponyo. These movies are celebrated in the museum, which recently saw a surprise visit from Miyazaki himself.
In a new video shared by the museum, the director can be seen seated at the Straw Hat Cafe. At one point, Miyazaki struggles to decide what beverage to order, making it an endearing moment for fans to watch. Check out the video below.
