‘Batwoman’ Reveals First Look At Redesigned Batsuit Donned By Javicia Lesline

The CW has released the first-look images of the Batwoman suit redesigned for actress Javicia Leslie, who now plays Ryan Wilder in the titular series.
Leslie will drape on the Batsuit in the show’s second season after Ruby Rose stepped down as Batwoman in the first season. The new star is also the first Black woman to portray the superhero vigilante in a live-action series.
Leslie is set to appear in the third episode wearing the stylish new costume created for her. There are a few changes made to the outfit compared to Rose’s Batsuit, such as the addition of the red gauntlets and a new belt with the bat logo.
Besides the striking red and black ensemble, the character now wears curly hair with bold red streaks.
