adidas Spotlights Baby Yoda In Its Latest ‘Star Wars’ Sneakers Collection

Baby Yoda from The Mandalorian series is definitely a showstopper who has won the hearts of many. Now, adidas is paying homage to the little critter with a new collection based entirely on The Child.

The latest Star Wars series features two adidas Top Ten Hi silhouettes. The first beams resemblance to the alien’s floating spacecraft with the sneakers’ futuristic appearance. It is coated in “Glory Mint,” in reference to Baby Yoda’s skin and pink to mimic the creature’s ears. The second version is inspired by the character’s outfit with its tan and dark brown color-ways.

Next up is the Superstar silhouette with “Linen Green” and black tones to reflect the character in its entirety. There is also an icon of The Child on the lateral heels with the phrase, “The force is strong with this little one.” It also comes with a number 50 sign, nodding to the Superstar series’ anniversary.

Finally, the adidas NMD R1 features a color-blocking design with cream white tones and pastel green colors. The edition includes the “Find Your Way” text right on its tongues.

The Star Wars x adidas collection will hit stores on 4th November 2020, with prices ranging from US$80 to US$100. Preview the kicks below.
