Trump Imagines Biden ‘Destroying’ Washington Monument With Botched Photoshop Job

Donald Trump’s campaign team has tweeted a bizarre photoshopped image of the Washington Monument being torn down.
The image, which has been made to look like a screenshot from CNN, has a chyron that reads, “Demolition of Washington Monument Underway.” It also bears the caption, “This would be Joe Biden’s America.”
The photo is seemingly meant to alert the public of how the US could look if Joe Biden becomes president. However, neither Biden nor his campaign team has called for Washington Monument to be demolished.
The tweet also names the location of the photo as the “DC Autonomous Zone,” suggesting that the area would be turned into a zone similar to the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone in Seattle where protesters occupied earlier this year.
Social media users, however, have been quick to point out the questionable editing attempt of the Washington Monument getting demolished. “The Washington Monument was made out of butter the whole time,” a Twitter user jokes. “Joe Biden’s America is better at Photoshop,” another user says.
