Sustainable Mailers Lessen The Guilt You Get From Online Shopping

Finland’s RePack has launched waterproof mailers, created out of recycled polypropylene, for small orders that can be used repeatedly. The eco packaging is part of its mission to improve sustainability for e-commerce delivery orders.
As of now, over 125 companies have given their customers an option to receive their orders in RePack’s sustainable packaging.
Each RePack delivery will come with a prepaid shipping label, so customers can return it at their own convenience from any part of the world. To give a little motivation, the company has a Rewards program to incentivize shoppers to return the packaging, which will then be reused for another order.
The company reveals that each mailer is able to survive at least 40 trips. It has worked with European retailers like uch as H&M and expanded its service to the US this year with two American retailers: éliou and RE/DONE.
