Shutterstock Releases Artsy Printable Christmas & New Year’s Eve Cards For Free

It’s time to give yourself a pat on the back, because you’ve almost survived another full year, and it’s 2020, no less. The unpredictability from this year has proven why tradition is so important, and at long last—at least for a short while—the world can embrace safe comforts like the hug of a cozy sweater and the spicy aroma of cookies baking in the oven.

This is also the season of giving, and creatives have been staying true to the custom by releasing free festive assets in line with the unusual COVID holidays. Adding to the mix, royalty-free content provider Shutterstock has shared two free card packs to help you close the distance with friends and family during the colder seasons.

The first, a Christmas-themed selection, features five exclusive minimal and geometric greeting cards that tastefully illustrate animals and trees using shapes. The designs are available in various print (PDF and EPS, with foldable and single-sheet options) and digital (JPEG and EPS) templates, so you can both mail a card to a loved one the traditional way and post a graphic in a social media post or story.

The other pack accelerates to New Year’s Eve and comprises seven ritzy designs in a vintage cinematic aesthetic with glowy typography. These versions are optimized for sharing on social media, but you can print them out too, of course.
