WhatsApp has launched a ‘Carts’ feature to provide users with a hassle-free shopping experience within the app.

The Carts feature will let users browse through a catalog, pick multiple items from businesses, and send the order through a single message.

Previously, placing orders via text seemed to be messy as users would need to send streams of messages to order different items from a business.

Carts will now simplify the process by allowing users to seek the items they want and easily “add to cart.” Then, they can send their bulk orders in a single message to companies like restaurants and clothing stores.

The new seamless process will also help businesses keep track of the orders and inquiries, and manage specific requests from buyers in a cohesive manner.

Carts started rolling out on Wednesday and will make its way globally.
