‘South Park’ Creators Mock Trump’s Election Loss In Funny Deepfake Skit

The creators of South Park have released a new Donald Trump-focused skit, mocking the president with deepfake technology.
The video, created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, takes aim at Trump’s electoral defeat in the latest episode of their web series, Sassy Justice.
The impression is done by Peter Serafinowicz, and with deepfake technology, Serafinowicz’s face has been replaced with Trump’s. The clip sees Trump wearing a Christmas sweater and hat reading a reindeer story that shares many parallels with his loss in the US election.
“Once upon a time there was a little reindeer, all the reindeer agreed he was the best reindeer out of all the reindeers,” fictional Trump describes.
“The next day, a grumpy, old sleepy-eyed reindeer came into town and started saying, ‘You know the reindeer? He’s not awesome.’ ‘But he is awesome,’ all the reindeers said,” he added.
The story shows an election being held to find out who is “the best reindeer,” and the showdown is ultimately labeled as “rigged.” The reindeer that lost the election dies, and everyone cheers as there will be “no Christmas ever again.”
