Who says turkey is the only festive bird? KFC is bringing the holiday spirit indoors by transforming its fried chicken buckets and boxes into an entire miniature street.
This year, the chain and its advertising agency
Mother London is “bringing Christmas to the table” with adorable revamps to its red and white packaging that let you peek into the windows of people as they continue to enjoy the festivities in quarantine. The series, illustrated by
Ilya Milstein, sees KFC’s iconic red stripes as snow-topped apartment buildings with striking indoor views of neighbors painting, dancing, cozying up, and more.
There’s also a KFC at the corner, of course.
Collect all shapes and sizes, and you get an entire street of tiny people going about their at-home festivities.
Mother London describes that the boxes and buckets have been given this busy makeover to “see how festive fun can unfold in all sorts of ways – even when we’re all stuck at home.”
