adidas Originals Dedicates New Eco-Friendly Stan Smiths To Kermit The Frog

Internet’s favorite amphibian puppet has teamed up with adidas to create a pair of Stan Smiths using recycled materials.
The sneakers boast a timeless silhouette with all-white uppers. They come with contrasting green heel tabs, branding on the tongue of the same color, and the “KERMIT” name printed on the sides of the shoes, replacing the original “Stan Smith” logomark.
There is also a sketch of the character smiling on the heels of the sneakers under the catchphrase, “It’s not easy being green,” and the trefoil branding on the heel tabs.
The Kermit the Frog x adidas Stan Smith shoes are expected to land on adidas’ website in the coming months for US$90.
