Budweiser Hands Out Custom Beer Bottles To Goalkeepers Who Lost To Lionel Messi

Budweiser cheekily sent a beer to every goalkeeper who has failed to capture Lionel Messi’s goal.
The Argentinian star recently scored his 644th goal for Barcelona, breaking Pelé’s long-standing record for most goals for a single club. To mark the momentous occasion, Budweiser sent a customized bottle to each keeper who has failed to keep Messi at bay. Each bottle is numbered with the corresponding goal that Messi scored while going against the opponent.
The keepers who received the special bottles include Gianluigi Buffon, Iker Casillas, and Jan Oblak.
“644 goals = 644 moments of Messi magic. And yes, we’ve created a custom bottle for every single goal to send to the keepers to toast their part in history. Kings recognize Kings,” Budweiser tweeted together with a photo of its beer bottles.
