AirPods Max Headphones Get Even More Extra With Swanky $108,000 Editions

When Apple unveiled the over-ear AirPods Max headphones, fans pointed out that they were anything but “pods” or light as air. The gadget also comes with a carrier that’s been widely likened to a bra. On top of that, it costs a cool, cool sum of US$549.
Needless to say, the new AirPods Max are a status symbol. But be prepared for more extraness, because you can buy US$108,000 versions of them from tech good customizer Caviar, which is famed for its luxury accessories and refurnishings of iPhones and more.
Caviar’s opulent editions, which will be available in black and white when they debut in 2021, replace Apple’s aluminum ear cups with pure 750 gold, which partly explains the hefty price tag.
Adding to the absurd lavishness, the mesh headband of the AirPods Max is also now dressed in rare black or white crocodile leather to ’dile up on the extravagance.
