Watch: HBO Max Gives First Look At LeBron James In ‘Space Jam 2’

HBO Max has given fans the first look to the sequel of Space Jam in the forthcoming 2021 Warner Bro’s movie slate.
The teaser for Space Jam: A New Legacy shows LeBron James taking over Michael Jordan’s place on the court next to Bugs Bunny. James and Bugs Bunny are shown to be horrified as what looks like a monster glows in front of them in a column of light.
According to Complex, Space Jam 2 managed to complete filming in 2019 despite the coronavirus pandemic. An audio clip retrieved by the publication shows that James was thrilled to fill in the role that was once placed by Michael Jordan.
Space Jam: A New Legacy is expected to release on 16 July 2021 on streaming platform HBO Max. In the meantime, watch for James and Bugs Bunny between shots of other WB projects coming later this year below.
