Mortgage Firm Releases Graphic Erotic Novel To Arouse First-Time Home Buyers NSFW

Online mortgage company Habito has released an erotic novel in a bid to unleash pent-up sexual frustration of first-time home buyers.
Titled The Road to Completion, the raunchy short story was written by Rocky Flintstone and published together with creative agency Uncommon. It takes readers on a ride of one couple’s search on their first dream home they have always fantasized about, and the accompanying nightmare that comes with looking for a mortgage deal.
The idea came about when Habito discovered that sex lives are impacted whenever couples apply for mortgages. Habito hopes the novel will reignite the intimacy between stressed-out couples who have been putting off each other due to mortgage-related stress.
The story is brought to life with the eye-catching illustrations by Sebastian Schwamm.
The book follows the story of Sylvia and Tom as they embark on their journey of purchasing a house for the first time. While exploring each other’s bodies, the young lovers also explored the housing market, giving new meaning to property porn.
The novel also features sexually suggestive objects such as phallic cacti, nipple-shaped flowers, and raunchy keyhole openings that are kind of hard to miss.
