Chipotle Transforms Its Hot-Selling Menu Items Into Makeup Even Vegans Can Enjoy

Chipotle has given its menu items a literal makeover with the help of e.l.f Cosmetics, serving customers an entire makeup collection that’s just too delectable to eat.
The limited-edition e.l.f. x Chipotle range ties Chipotle’s philosophy for responsibly-sourced ingredients with e.l.f’s mission for cruelty-free and vegan products, giving fans a series of vegan-friendly makeup products heavily inspired by Chipotle menu items to create “mild, medium AND HOT” looks.
Perhaps the most prominent item birthed from the collaboration is the US$16 Chipotle Eyeshadow Palette. Fans can feast their eyes on the 12-shade palette of matte, shimmery, and metallic options mirroring classic Chipotle ingredients, namely “white rice, brown rice, pinto beans, black beans, sofritas, fajitas, mild salsa, green salsa, hot salsa, corn salsa, guac, and lettuce.” There’s also something for the lips—and tummy—as every purchase of a palette will also entitle customers to a free serving of chips and guac.
Makeup lovers can soak up on the scrumptious-looking Extra Guac Face Sponge Set, US$10, which arrives with an angled avocado-shaped sponge and a smaller pit-shaped version to get to hard-to-reach parts of the face.
The US$8 Make It Hop Lip Gloss promises red-hot juicy lips with a plumping, tingling heat you can feel.
Tying the Chipotle experience together is the Eyes Chips Face Makeup Bag, US$18, designed to resemble Chipotle’s tortilla chip bags. Hiding a little snack in there won’t hurt.
