‘Star Wars’ Watch Dominated By Death Star Costs A Galactic $150,000

If you fancy this intricate Death Star-themed timepiece, be prepared to have US$150,000 blasted from your savings. Because that’s exactly how much the Studio Kross watch, an official collaborative piece with Lucasfilm, costs.
The tourbillion watch, one of just 10, is housed in a 45mm titanium case and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Beneath sits an architectural gem, a tiny Death Star Cage designed like the original “down to each smallest component.” To bring the space structure to your wrist, Swiss design firm Studio Kross used “hand-finished decoration techniques” like drawing, polishing, and satin-finishing.
The watch’s hour hand is designed like an Imperial-Class Star Destroyer, while the minute hand mimics a Super-Class Star Destroyer.
Not forgetting, the timepiece arrives in a stunning 1:2 Imperial kyber crystal container consisting of three vials for the watch, a spare strap, and a real kyber crystal prop from Rogue One.
